Open Farm
Open Farm is a real-world AgTech platform that uses Web3 as infrastructure — not as a game. It puts a verifiable on-chain identity and harvest record on every physical farm and every crop it produces, then lets consumers see that record by scanning a QR code. The product is a Sui Move stack (Farmer Passport, Season Log NFT), a Walrus-backed Harvest Story for tamper-evident media, an AI Copilot that signs its advisories on chain, and a public Consumer Trust Scan landing page. Built as a Devpost hackathon submission; the Web3 is intentionally invisible to normal shoppers.

- ✦Consumer Trust Scan — a public QR landing page that anyone can open; no wallet required, with zkLogin available for buyers who want to leave feedback or follow the farm
- ✦Escrow-gated milestones — harvest evidence unlocks payouts progressively, so the on-chain record and the off-chain settlement stay aligned
- ✦Web3 stays invisible — sponsored transactions and zkLogin mean a normal shopper never has to think about a wallet, a seed phrase, or gas
